Do you offer a freshness guarantee?

Yes! We offer a 3-Day Freshness Guarantee. If your flowers wilt within three days of delivery — and our care instructions were followed — we’ll replace the bouquet free of charge.

How is the bouquet packaged?

Each bouquet arrives in a gift box with an aqua pack to keep the flowers hydrated. We include flower food, a printed care guide, a complimentary greeting card in an envelope, and our signature ribbon and heart-shaped logo accent.

Can I include a personalized message with the bouquet?

Absolutely. Every order includes a greeting card, where we handwrite your custom message for a personal, heartfelt touch.

Do you deliver outside of Salt Lake City?

Yes, we deliver within Salt Lake City and up to 50 miles around Sandy, UT. Standard delivery is $20. For distances beyond 20 miles, fees are calculated individually.

Is delivery free?

We offer free delivery up to 10 miles for orders over $190.

What payment methods do you accept?

We’re currently setting up Shopify Payments and PayPal. These will be activated soon for a smooth checkout experience.

Can I add a vase to my order?

Yes, we’re working on expanding our catalog to include vases and other floral accessories. These will be available soon directly on the site.
