Why Not Flowers — Return & Substitution Policy
All Sales Are Final
Each arrangement at Why Not Flowers is custom-made using fresh, delicate blooms that are highly sensitive to temperature, light, and moisture. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Orders
We take great care in preparing and delivering every bouquet. If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery by emailing a photo of the arrangement to

Flower Care Responsibility
Once the flowers are delivered, their condition depends on how they are cared for. Each arrangement comes with care instructions, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow them to help prolong the life and beauty of the flowers.
Flower Substitutions
While we aim to match each bouquet to the photos on our website, flower availability can vary due to seasonal and supplier changes. In case a specific bloom is unavailable, we reserve the right to make thoughtful substitutions — without compromising the style, color palette, or value of the arrangement.
Order Cancellations & Incorrect Addresses
Orders that have already been designed or delivered cannot be refunded, even if the delivery address was submitted incorrectly.
We encourage all clients to double-check their order details before submitting.
Cancellations are only possible 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery, as long as the bouquet has not yet been created.
If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, we will promptly correct it and issue a refund of the extra charge.
